Lou is essentially the brains, and the driving force behind tr4. Hailing from a background in design Lou has run a number of successful businesses sourcing artwork for some of the largest financial services institutions and hospitality businesses in the UK. Lou went on to launch her first successful online retail business in 2019 and even found time to home school three incredibly spirited young children when the UK went into lockdown! Lou has a passion for coaching, teaching and imparting her knowledge onto others, and when she’s not working she still finds time to walk Stanley the office Schnoodle!
When asked to describe himself, Al classes himself as a coach, a mentor, a playmaker and leader. Al may well be the Founder and CEO of tr4, the Captain however, likes nothing more than rolling up his sleeves and closing business on behalf of our clients, teaching their teams the science behind selling and creating a platform for growth. Used to leading sales functions in Private, PE, Start-up, Scale-up and Public environments, Al is an experienced business leader growing numerous small and medium sized businesses to in excess of £50m turnover. At weekends Al can also often be found mixing business with pleasure when taking clients to the Stoop to watch his beloved Quins when playing at home.
Landen will be the first to tell you he simply doesn’t look old enough to have had over 20 Directorship appointments over the years. Landen has a great pedigree, initially in the FMCG sector including being the CFO for Pepsico UK, as well as CFO for Quaker Oats, and more latterly in hospitality as COO for the Hospital Group, CFO at ITSU, and CFO for the ETM Group, not to mention a number of NED roles along the way! Much of the science behind selling is in the data and metrics of sales, so when a deep dive into your businesses numbers is required to analyse market segments, products and buying trends Landen is our go to man.
